In 1993, Anthony Crigger got into this line of work by accident—picking up cable TV installs as a young laborer. When the job called for drilling, he learned the ropes firsthand and kept going. That same mindset still fuels our work today: move fast, drill straight, leave the jobsite better than we found it.
What began as a small drop-bury outfit is now a nationwide directional drilling and underground utility contractor. Our team runs drills, bores highways, and installs conduit across telecom, electric, military, cold storage, and data center builds.

Crigger Power wasn’t born out of a business plan—it came from years in the field, running drills, laying conduit, and figuring it out one job at a time.
Anthony Crigger started out in 1993 as a young cable TV installer, not knowing that a few years later he’d be handling full-scale underground utility projects. When the crew needed someone to drill, Anthony stepped up. He learned the craft through repetition, not instruction. Over the next two decades, he ran infrastructure jobs across the Northeast, eventually moving south and putting down roots in the Florida Panhandle.
In 2020, Anthony formed Crigger Power and Communication. What started as a one-crew drop-bury outfit quickly grew into a national drilling and boring contractor. Today, Crigger Power is known for directional drilling, utility construction, fiber optic blowing, and conduit installs across a variety of industries.

Our main service base is in the Southeast, but we’re a national underground utility contractor. We’ve completed projects in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Ohio, including active work in cities like Atlanta, Birmingham, Cleveland, and Tampa. Our crews are ready to mobilize across the country.
